Staging is the process of preparing your house to sell
regardless of price or location. It is in essence showcasing the property to
make that all important positive first impression. It is a vital component of
the marketing process and ideally should occur before the house is added to the
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and prior to your REALTOR placing the ‘FOR SALE’
sign in your front lawn.

Staging should not be confused with interior decorating or
