Heather Ridenour is the owner of The Home Staging Company and proudly holds the credential of Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). As an ASP Heather has completed hours of rigorous training that teaches the concepts, principals, procedures, and techniques for the preparation and presentation of homes and properties for sale. In addition Heather is the Founder and President of the Indianapolis Regional Chapter of International Association of Home Staging Professionals, licensed Realtor and member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.

Prior to her staging career, Heather spent years in sales and marketing positions for the real estate industry. With expertise in home sales she has worked directly with buyers and understands first hand the importance of Home Staging. Heather credits her real estate experiences with honing her sensitivity to clients’ needs, excellent communication and professionalism.

She has the proven ability to manage business aspects of your project including selection of vendors, bidding, contracting, materials specification/purchasing, development of final budgets and completion of projects within budget. Heather’s creative thinking, problem solving, and solid account management is realized in THSC.
